Now operating as a family-operated company in Haiterbach in Germany’s Black Forest, we look to continue successfully writing our company’s history and make our mark as a winner in our industry. 2004:
Founding of KIBO-Kunststoffe, Dr. Zimmer u. Kober GmbH & Co.KG on 11 November 2004 in Kirchheimbolanden / Germany

2005:
Construction of KIBO production facility from February 2005 to November 2005, inaugural celebration on 12 December 2005

2006:
Recognition with the "Success 2006" innovation award

2009:
Insolvency petition filed by KIBO-Kunststoffe Dr. Zimmer und Kober GmbH & Co. Mid -2009 Acquisition negotiations begin with Infinex Holding.

2010:
On 1 February 2010 KIBO Kunststoffe GmbH becomes the fifth member of the owner-managed Infinex Group. The KIBO production facilities are relocated along with many employees to Haiterbach / Germany.

2017:
In August 2017, KIBO Kunststoffe GmbH has been mergend with TRIPLEX Kunststoffe GmbH.
